HYRE GRID — a CPHR SNTNL service
CPHR SNTNL ("we," "us," or "our") operates the HYRE GRID platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.
Account information: Your name, email address, and phone number, collected when you are onboarded to the platform.
Profile information: Career history, education, skills, certifications, preferred job locations, and other details you provide during onboarding or through the platform.
Resume content: Documents, files, and text you upload or create using our resume tools.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction logs to help us improve the platform.
Communication data: Messages exchanged between you and our staff through the platform's messaging system.
Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Certain features, including resume parsing and resume generation, use third-party AI models. When you use these features, relevant portions of your content are transmitted to the AI provider solely for processing. We do not permit AI providers to train on your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide you with the Service. You can request a self-serve export of your personal data at any time through your Account Settings, which includes your profile, resumes, messages, applications, and history.
You may also permanently delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Deletion is irreversible and requires confirmation via a fresh purpose-bound one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. If you have active recruiter-managed work, account deletion will immediately terminate those services, and your assigned staff will be notified to handle the termination gracefully.
Upon account deletion, your personal content and identifying fields across your profile, files, and communications are securely erased. Anonymized operational and aggregate facts (such as application stages, dates, and workload metrics) may remain. Any retained financial records are minimized, omitting full card details and non-essential personal identifiers, and kept only as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Operational data, such as logs for sending a final account-deletion confirmation email, may be held only until the message is sent or retried.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a portable copy of your data. If you provide a phone number, whether at signup or when completing your profile, by providing your phone number, you agree to receive verification codes and account notification texts from HYRE GRID, a service of Cipher Sentinel LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to use the free HYRE GRID product. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by removing your phone number from Account Settings. For full details, see our SMS Notifications and Consent page.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Our free ATS resume checker allows visitors to run a limited number of resume scans without creating an account. When you use the guest scanner, we temporarily store the resume file or text you submit, the job description you provide, your scan results, and a browser identifier and a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address, used solely to enforce the free scan limit and prevent abuse.
Guest scan data is retained for up to 30 days. If you create a HYRE GRID account or sign in from the same browser within that window, your guest scans are automatically linked to your account so you can view them in your scan history, and they are then retained as part of your account data. Guest scans that are not linked to an account are permanently deleted after 30 days. You may request earlier deletion of guest scan data by contacting us at info@cphrsntnl.com.
