HYRE GRID — a CPHR SNTNL service
By accessing or using the HYRE GRID platform ("Service"), operated by CPHR SNTNL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
HYRE GRID is a talent management platform that connects job seekers ("Clients") with staffing professionals ("Staff"). The Service provides tools for job application tracking, resume management, AI-assisted resume building, and direct messaging between Clients and their assigned representatives.
All job applications submitted through the platform are reviewed and custom tailored by our staff to each specific opportunity before submission.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction where you seek employment. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Access to the platform is granted by invitation or direct onboarding by a CPHR SNTNL representative. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in codes sent to your email or phone. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid membership. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase and are billed through our secure payment processor. Plans may be upgraded or cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You retain ownership of any resumes, documents, or information you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant CPHR SNTNL a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, complete, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume parsing, resume building, and application tailoring. AI outputs are provided as a starting point and are reviewed by our staff. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
If you choose to provide a phone number, at signup or when completing your profile, by providing your phone number, you agree to receive verification codes and account notification texts from HYRE GRID, a service of Cipher Sentinel LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is optional and is not required to use the free HYRE GRID product. See our SMS Notifications and Consent page for details on the messages we send and how to opt out.
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) attempt to access another user's account; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform; or (e) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also request termination of your account by contacting us directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPHR SNTNL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
